Canadian and U. S. orders will ship by Canada Post and USPS. Freight costs are calculated automatically and are a function of product weight and your postal code. Your exact shipping cost in CAN$ will show up in your payment window.

International shipments to countries other than the U. S. are also calculated based on weight and country/region. These details can be arrived at by mutual agreement by email at ac-alypsis@nexicom.net or telephone at 705 749 1894. Customs duties and taxes vary from country to country and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please make the necessary customs enquiries before you order. We cannot issue refunds for orders stuck in customs.

Refunds

Product refunds including shipping costs will be issued whenever items shipped are defective, sent by error on our part or were never delivered to the address supplied. Please inform us within 15 working days if there is a problem with your order so that we can take the necessary steps to correct it.
