The English Wildflower Remedies® were discovered by Dr. Edward Bach
over 70 years ago.
Dr. Bach, a renowned Harley St. physician, concluded that many of his patients' ills were
directly related to their negative states of mind. His flower remedies address 38 everyday
negative moods and emotions helping to bring about emotional harmony and general well-being.
According to Bach, they work by flooding the negative emotional state with its opposite virtue.
Thus courage replaces fear, confidence displaces self-doubt, love/ jealousy, etc.
The Bach system consists of 38 individual flower remedies and Tromos®, Dr Bach's combination formula for immediately stressful situations.

Bailey Flower Essences - The next generation of flower essences.
The Bailey Essences have been developed over the past nearly 40 years to take flower essences to the next plateau. Whereas the Dr. Bach's flowers work primarily by balancing negative emotional states, the Bailey essences address ingrained patterns of behavior, beliefs and conditionings that may be hampering our personal growth and development. They are invaluable in these times of major personal and societal transition.
